DESCRIPTION:The Pinehurst Rathskeller is happy to announce En Plein Air Laurel\, Mississippi April 16th (Friday) and April 17th (Saturday)! Friday will consist of an art supply vendor demo day in front of the gallery from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. as well as a limited space color mixing demo from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. by award winning artist\, Susan Patton. The paint out will start Saturday morning and wet painting sale at 4 p.m. sharp! There will be an artist’s reception at the museum later that night. This is a fundraising event for the Domestic Abuse Family Shelter in which all ticket sales go to the shelter. Artist registration is $50 for adults. T-shirts will be separate. Magnolia State Bank has generously sponsored an additional children’s portion of the plein air paint out so kids can paint just like the adults! All children must be accompanied by their legal guardian at all times. Early bird registration is $15 per child from 3 – 12 until April 5 and $20 after. Children’s fee will include art supplies and a contest! This will be a fun weekend that no artist will want to miss! Use forms below to order t-shirts\, register for free events\, or purchase tickets for the paint out!
